Coworking was built for laptops. Not for robots.

Singapore's robotics economy is moving from demonstrations into daily operations. The founders building it need somewhere to build, store, test and meet customers. A desk in town solves none of that.

    Nowhere to put the equipment

    Robot bases, sensor rigs, spare parts and test jigs do not fit under a hot desk. Most coworking leases ban them outright.

    No bench, no test floor

    Hardware needs a workbench, a clear stretch of floor and a place to run a robot without a receptionist asking you to stop.

    Deliveries and cargo

    Pallets, crates and lifts are a daily reality. A central tower has a passenger lift and a loading dock you cannot book.

Six bays, one clear aisle, shared zones.

The supplied drawing states approximately 303.59 m² (3,268 ft²) of ancillary office area at Level 4M. That whole area does not belong to tenants. Bays are allocated; the aisle, the shared demo and logistics zone and the cargo route stay common.

Bay sizes, circulation routes and approved uses still require final confirmation before any tenant commitment.
